About Me

I am an enthusiastic technical writer able to manage multiple projects in a variety of group settings. My forte is developing documentation that establishes clear communication across both general and specialized audiences. I have an expertise in Technical Operations, Office Administration, and Human Resources.

I am proud to work for Satellite Healthcare, a leading not-for-profit kidney care company founded in my hometown of San Jose, California. My role as the Corporate Office Receptionist for Human Resources has provided me with the opportunity to partner with different departments for any needed administrative support. Directly supporting the HR Operations Team has given me special insight into people operations and management. Some of the projects I have worked on include the employee badging project, service award program, and the workplace safety program. I have also had the opportunity to curate process documentation that includes employee terminations, network access and employment verification requests. I regularly assist with inter-office scheduling and building maintenance.

My prior work experience includes collaborating with the production team for California's oldest literary journal, Reed Magazine. I read through submissions of fiction, poetry, art, profiles, and nonfiction to curate a theme with my team. I nominated potential authors for feature and presented my favorite submissions to the Editor-in-chief and staff. The issue I worked on (#152) had the privilege of publishing Pulitzer Prize and National Book Award winners.

Working in technical operations at Pony.ai, I documented quantitative results and qualitative assessments for autonomous vehicles (AV). I have experience in pairing with different engineering teams to ensure quality product development, while keeping customer needs at the forefront. I was a real-time informant to the needed improvements of their software.

I have a hands-on, can-do attitude. I formed a strong customer-centric philosophy while managing multiple Peets Coffee locations for more than four years. I lead the highest grossing sales for our company-wide annual holiday competition two years in a row. I successfully managed a multimillion-dollar revenue store and supervised a staff of up to 12 employees at a time.
